Comments: I purchased my 2007 Pacifica new and have gotten all of my service done at the dealership. I have worked with a couple of the service advisers but Baker is the one I look for when I go in. He is always pleasant, upbeat, and friendly. He advises me on what my vehicle is in need of. Comments: I do a lot of my own servicing so i don't visit a dealership's Service Department often. I bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee recently and have needed a dealers expertise to resolve some issues i'm having with it. Comments: Mauri was very helpful in the selection of my car. He also was very resonable and negotiable to work with. The dealership also cleaned and filled the tank before leaving. The whole staff was very friendly and nice to work with. They weren't pushy like most dealerships, and they where very curtious towards me.
